I thought there were secrets that would magically fix all my problems.\n\nThe reality is that instead of trying to bypass challenges in life you’re better off taking on the challenges voluntarily so you become the type of person that can handle them more easily.\n\nIt's so much more about the person you are becoming than it is about any one specific challenge you are facing. \n\nFor me, trusting that the spirits and the muse will help me grow into the person that I want to be has eased my anxiety.
